Yes. Our estimates are free. We will visit your property, consult with you, offer suggestions, listen to your concerns and provide you with a diagram and a written proposal. Proposals are typically emailed to you within 24 hours.
Some neighbors may be agreeable to the idea of sharing the cost, and some won’t consider it. Mostly, it has to do with your relationship with your neighbor.
The new fence will benefit both of you and should be a shared project. It doesn’t hurt to ask. In our proposal, we will specify each neighbor’s share, if needed.

Installation
It really depends. Some factors can affect the length of the process. For example. If the survey that you have is not in conformance with the city requirements it will take a bit longer. Or if the city is backed up with many permits. But usually it takes 15 to 30 days.
The fence post have to be at least 2 feet under the ground. For the space between the posts, it will depend on the type of the fence could it be 4, 5 or even 6 feet apart.
Prior to the fence installation is a good practice to locate your sprinklers line and other pipes and wires that may be in the way fo the fence.
Quotes and Contract
The quote will include, the labor and all the materials needed to install the fence, the gates, and the permit running process.
The quote will not include the city fees for the permit and the notarized fees.
